Another addiction: Pandora

Yesterday I wrote anything is possible in life and that, over two years after my separation, life doesn’t look like I could have ever anticipated. And I love that. There are so many first-time experiences still to discover in life, even at the age of 41. It’s part of what makes life exciting.

One of the reasons I have had so many wonderful opportunities in my life is because many women came before me to pave the way for me to live free and equal. Women continue with this struggle today and we continue to have inspiring women among us. I hope you will visit the post I wrote for International Women’s Day and join the dialog about inspiring women. One of my readers left the comment that his daughter inspires him. I love that!

I have written a few posts in the past to shed light on who I am beyond just a writer expressing thoughts about my journey. Readers have learned random facts about my feet, favorite foods, Diet Coke addiction, feelings on cats, and more. Today is one of those days where to tie in the Song of the Week, I should share something new about me.

My second addiction admission: Pandora

My iPhone is attached to my body through earbuds on a regular basis. That said, I am boring with channels. I only listen to Coldplay and U2 radio stations. Lately Coldplay radio has been playing more Mat Kearney songs and I have slowly fallen in love with his music. As a result, I now have Mat Kearney radio loaded in Pandora. It still surprises me that I have actually branched out to add a third station.

So, in honor of expanding my Pandora stations from two to three this week, I thought I would share a Mat Kearney song. Here’s Nothing Left to Lose:

Happy Friday!
